Group fitness classes are really beneficial for a great workout with the right amount of intensity.
It’s like having fun while working out at the same time.
What can be challenging is finding a good group fitness class. There are two group fitness class that are similar but different.
BANG dance workout is a unique fusion of boxing, aerobics, intervals, hip hop, world dance and bodyweight training.
Zumba Strong: The newest of all Zumba classes that does not involve dance. It revolves around high-intensity interval training, but still focuses on moving to the beat and tempo.
Both classes was intense and challenging. Although, both classes incorporate kick boxing, lunges, squats, jumping jacks. Strong by ZUMBA is more intense due to incorporation of multiplanar movements such as trunk rotation with high knees.
As for music, BANG uses current popular music genre to motivate and encourage participants. However, Strong by Zumba focus on techno style beats that will inspire movement even when fatigue.
In all, BANG and Strong by Zumba fitness exercises are great. But if you prefer a quick body transformation in a short period of time; Strong by Zumba will be the best class to accomplish that goal.
